Personalization
- Standard engraving is FREE! Each jewelry item includes a FREE engraved monogram or name. (A pair of earrings is considered one piece.) Mother/Grandmother jewelry engraving charge is FREE up to 4 space/head, and then $8.00 for each additional space/head. The back of any piece is considered a separate engraving charge of $8.00. (Example: The front of a pendant engraved would be FREE, and the back of that same pendant would be $8.00 charge.) The same would apply to the back of Mother/Grandmother jewelry. The engraved front is FREE up to 4 space/head and there is a $8.00 charge for each back that is to be engraved.
- Long text engraving is $10 per piece.
- Sorority letters engraving is $10.00.
- Hand engraving is $45.00 per piece. Highly trained master engravers do this and each piece is hand chiseled.
- Laser engraving is $10.00 per item. Custom logos are available and will be quoted at the time of the order.
- Embroidered items are $8.00 per item. Custom logos are subject to a digitizing fee that will be quoted at the time of the order.
Turnaround Time
Due to the nature of our business, Kim's Classy Creations Monogram It Too! operates on a 2 to 4 (2-4) week turnaround time. Turnaround time DOES NOT include shipping time. However, our turnaround time may vary during peak seasons. This would include Holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Graduation, Father's Day and Valentine's Day. At these times our turn around time could change.
When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify your Kim's Classy Creations Monogram It Too! customer service representative so that we can ensure your order reaches you in time. We will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. Rush fees will apply. Please consult with your customer service representative for additional information.
Embroidery on Items You Bring to Us!
We can embroidery most items for you if you are local or if you wish to ship your items to us. We charge $8.00 up to 8,000 stitches and $1.00 per 1000 stitches thereafter. If you require digitizing we can give you an estimated digitizing fee once we see your graphics.
Shipping
All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.
Our standard shipping is USPS for small packages and UPS Ground for larger packages.
If you require special shipping, please specify at the time of your order. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select, and Saturday Delivery is available at an additional charge.
- Items that require larger packaging are marked in the item description and if you do not choose the proper shipping at checkout, we will notify you and request that you submit the proper shipping charges before the item is shipped. Each of these items contains an option that you understand additional shipping charges apply. This option will show up in the shopping cart as a reminder to choose the UPS Ground shipping option.

Return Policy
- Due to all of our items unless, otherwise noted, are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns. If there is an error with your product, you may return your product for a replacement of the same product. All products must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of the product. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges to return the product. If we determine the error is legitimate we will issue a replacement, we will credit you with your shipping charges for returning it to us (by 1st class priority mail) and we will ship it back to you at no charge. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the postal service. We do offer insurance for shipping at an additional charge of $2.00 per $100.00 value. Please be sure and double check your order before checking out making sure all details are correct. By submitting your order, you acknowledge your order is correct and ready to be processed. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed. All sales are final. Please ask any questions before you submit your order!
- All personalized jewelry and gifts are non-returnable. If the products are damaged (see Damaged Goods below), they will be replaced using the exact engraving as the original order. If there is a change in the engraving, it will be charged as a new item.
- Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Kim's Classy Creations Monogram It Too! If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued.
Damaged and Shortage Claims
Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping, or shortage must be reported to Kim's Classy Creations Monogram It Too! within 24 hours of receipt. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with USPS. An RGA number must be obtained before returning to Kim's Classy Creations Monogram It Too!
Back Orders
While Kim's Classy Creations Monogram It Too! makes every effort to maintain stock of all styles offered; this may not always be possible as some components are ordered on an as needed basis. In the event an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to ship the item as soon as possible. When an item is back ordered, you will be given an approximate arrival date. These dates cannot be guaranteed.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal & Money Orders/Cashiers Checks (must be received before order is processed) for online orders.
Phone Orders
Wholesale orders are not taken over the phone. Wholesale orders must be received in writing, via a website order, email or fax. If you are a retail customer wishing to place a phone order, the details of your order will be sent to you via email. You MUST reply to the email with confirmation of your order details BEFORE your order will be processed. This also applies to RUSH orders. To place an order over the phone, please call 770-832-3616.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
